Holding a BA in History and an MA in International Relations, Nina has managed international civil society partnerships in the field of HIV since 2012. As European Union advocacy manager she closely worked with communities and key populations to advocate for progressive and inclusive policies. She also has a lot of experience with offering community based HIV testing and counseling services for key populations, and is trained as tester/counselor.
Before that, she worked as a fundraising officer in Kosovo, and secured grants from Open Society Foundation, National Endowment for Democracy and Civil Rights Defenders. She currently works as a freelance project manager, and in that role she is developing television content to address HIV stigma. In her different roles, she aims to amplify community voices in policy making, and stimulate public discussion about fair and just policy.
